Top 5 star hotel with over 70 rooms in Cheshire seeks a confident, motivated, well-presented candidate with a good hospitality background and food and beverage experience in hotels. You will be assisting the manager in supervising the meeting and private dining events at the hotel. You should be able to run functions on your own and supervise the team so good leadership skills and previous experience in this type of role is desirable. You will be working in a busy team of 5 reporting to the Meeting & Private Dining Manager. You will ensure high 5 star standards are maintained and create a professional image in your role.
